William Adams circular letter, 1831 Nov. 4.

Printed circular letter, written by William Adams, addressed to members of the Kentucky Annual Conference. Letter discusses indebtedness incurred by the Conference as publisher of the "Gospel herald." A note from Adams to Dr. Mann Satterwhite of Laurel Hill, West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, is handwritten on the circular. This note lists the names of subscribers from Laurel Hill who are in arrears for volumes 1 and 2 of the "Gospel herald."
